Unable logon to HTTPS websites? [Solution]

When you are not able to logon to HTTPS websites, it might be RPC (Remote Procedure Call) service has been unabled.

Solution:
1)  Start > Type “services.msc” in the text box “Search programs and files”

2) Make sure the status for “Remote Procedure Call (RPC)” is set to “Started”.

3) To start the service, right-click the service name and choose “Start” or “Restart”.
