The fastest way is you will need to create a macro to delete the hyperlinks in your Excel.

Step 1:  Create a new Macro. Go to View > Macros > Record Macro…

Step 2:  Enter a Macro name ”removehyperlinks”.

 Step 3:  Edit Macro. Go to View > Macros > View Macros… And then click on Edit button.

 Step 4:  Insert/Paste fomular code into your  Macro as following figure:

     ActiveSheet.Hyperlinks.Delete

After inserted the code, go back to the sheet of Microsoft Excel, Views > Macros > Stop recording…

 Step 5:  Run the Macro. Go to View > Macros > View Macros… And then click on Run button.
